A library and a set of utilites to make and modify many different exotic file formats, mostly from the wii/gamecube era.

Supported File Formats

This library currently supports the follow formats:

.jam files, archive files of some high voltage gamecube games. This includes reading and writing of the format, however encoding is not currently supported.

.tpl files, texture libraries for nintendo games, This only includes the CMPR image format, and it is currently only able to readd it.
