DetectWorkflowDrift compares two workflows and returns true if they differ This function uses reflect.DeepEqual for accurate structural comparison If minimal is true, both workflows will be cleaned before comparison

func Execute()
Execute adds all child commands to the root command and sets flags appropriately. This is called by main.main(). It only needs to happen once to the rootCmd.
